Swallowing diagnostics & Therapy
Our swallowing diagnostic services are performed using the gold standard in assessments, FEES. FEES is a Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing that is performed by a trained speech-language pathologist. FEES assesses swallow function using real-time video imaging allowing the therapist to make immediate dietary and positioning recommendations for safe swallowing.
We also offer outpatient swallowing therapy!
Voice Diagnostics & Therapy
Our voice diagnostic services are performed using videostroboscopy. This evidence-based procedure allows the trained speech-language pathologist a magnified view of the vocal cords in slow motion. This minimally invasive, outpatient evaluation is suitable for children, teens, and adults. Following the evaluation, you will receive a detailed report, imaging, and personalized recommendations.
We also offer outpatient swallowing therapy!
Cognitive & Communication Evaluations & Therapy
Louisiana Voice & Swallow Solutions provides cognitive-communication therapy for adults experiencing challenges related to memory, speech, or language. Therapy is provided in person and is highly personalized to your goals and unique needs. We also offer caregiver coaching and family education to help our clients achieve optimum results.

Nicole Townley Williams, MA, CCC-SLP, owner and speech-language pathologist brings over 15 years of experience to Louisiana Voice & Swallow Solutions. Nicole focused her speech pathology career serving clients in hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation, and home healthcare settings providing voice and swallowing diagnostics and intervention. Nicole is dedicated to helping people improve their ability to eat safely and effectively communicate with family and friends. The ability to eat, swallow, and communicate are basic skills that enhance a person’s quality of life. Providing quality diagnostics equips a person with valuable information and tools to live their best life.
